We are pleased to announce that we have been shortlisted for The Drum Marketing Awards APAC 2024 in the Financial Services category alongside our client HSBC, recognising our data-driven approach to optimising the customer journey.

About the campaign

Business banking is essential for SMEs, providing crucial services and backing their success. Understanding this significance, HSBC looked to elevate the digital journey for SMEs seeing a banking partnership in 2023.

To support this objective, we worked collaboratively with our client to utilise digital channels and marketing technology investments. We focused on simplifying the digital experience for customers by analysing each market’s public website usage, identifying dropout points and opportunities, and establishing effective engagement strategies.

As a result, we have achieved a 15.5% increase in new banking enquiries, and with the lifetime value of acquired customers delivering a 1,180% ROI against the campaign cost.
