The role: 

As a Production Manager you'll work with our varied clients, helping to manage and plan digital projects. You will work with clients to gather requirements and tie these into our optimisation offering to enable businesses to make decisions based on data. 
You will coordinate projects directly, working with our development centre and designers to deliver quality products to our clients using Sitecore. 
Our ideal candidate demonstrates an understanding of project management and business analysis and is comfortable working in Agile development models. They would have good communication skills and excellent organisational abilities and be comfortable working in a small, cross-functional team. Experience in digital strategy or consultancy is also a bonus.


As a production manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Requirements gathering and definition
  • Coordination of project estimation, definition and delivery
  • Management of project budgets and resourcing
  • Raising the opportunity to improve or create business processes
  • Risk mitigation and management
  • Working with our development centre to craft iteratively improved delivery models
  • Management of the client relationships after handover from client partners
  • Involvement in new business and sales as a representative of Ratio’s ways of working and processes
