We are now looking for an Account Manager to join us at this pivotal moment in this growth, to help lead and grow our key accounts.

About You

As the ideal candidate you will be able to demonstrate high levels of business awareness to help build credibility with your clients. You will be able to identify challenges your designated accounts face and work with them to provide solutions to help them achieve their strategic goals.

The Account Manager will be focused on maintaining the momentum by growing and retaining accounts through client management, introducing new ideas and expanding existing projects, bringing in other team expertise to support where needed.

Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for revenue generation from a portfolio of existing accounts, seeking opportunities to sell from the full range of services provided by Ratio
  • Manage and develop relationships with your clients, proactively adding value and ensuring your clients achieve their business aims and objectives
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of your client’s business, developing the knowledge about their requirements and strategic direction, to identify and address opportunities and/or risks to retention. 
  • Work closely with your Project Manager, Optimisation experts and Technical teams ensuring milestones are achieved and design and build projects are completed as per your client’s aspirations
  • The first port of call for client related matters, you manage the relationship and bring in the necessary expertise (Optimisation, Development, Sitecore Experience) at the right time to support your customer.
  • Being knowledgeable of market and industry trends, emerging technologies, competitors, and identify opportunities for client growth strategies. 
  • Ability to travel, visiting our clients within the UK

Skills/Experience 

  • 2+ years digital agency experience
  • Experience of working with Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager or similar platform would be advantageous
  • A proven track record of consistently exceeding targets in a quota carrying role (Customer Success, Business Development or Technical Sales) within a service environment. 
  • A sound understanding of CMS (Sitecore preferred), optimisation and analytics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at the highest level
  • An understanding of website optimisation strategies including testing, personalisation and analytics
  • An understanding of large scale website design and build projects
  • Strategic, analytical thinker who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves
  • Tenacious, resilient and highly motivated to meet and exceed both personal and professional targets.
