Mario Kyriacou - Ratio Partners

Mario Kyriacou

Co-founder

Mario is the co-founder of Ratio Partners. Back in 2015, he and his partner in crime had had enough of big tech and listening to clients’ stories about implementing martech and never seeing the results they’d hoped for. We thought there was a better way to deliver digital experiences—one that wasn’t focused on selling a single service but took a step back and worked with data to define what the customer’s experience should be from the person who matters most: the customer. We have then spent the past nine years pulling together a team of people smarter than we are. They combine an understanding of data, marketing technology, and UX to design and implement digital solutions that scale with your customers and your business. 

I LIKE CINEMA. Sad but true: I bought of original copy of QuentinTarantino’s screenplay for True Romance to play spot the difference with the Tony Scott’s version. 

Steve Renshaw

Co-founder

Steve is a co-founder of Ratio and has been immersed in digital since 1998 (which he recently realised is longer than some of the Ratio team have been alive…).

During that time he’s seen just about everything, from the dotcom boom and bust, to the rise of marketing technology, and now the huge opportunity for businesses to gain a competitive edge through the deep integration of data, process and technology.

With his account management background, Steve’s role is to manage the client relationships with key clients at Ratio, getting them revved up about the possibilities technology has to offer, as well as guiding the strategic direction of the business (and more boring things like finance).

When he’s not sat at his laptop, Steve lives with his two energetic dogs who make his client demands look minor, he can sail, (just about) fly, and his favourite holiday destination is the little rustic island of Paxos.

Judy Haynes - Ratio Partners

Judy Haynes

Operations Director and Head of Project Delivery

Judy is our Operations Director and Head of Project Delivery. She is responsible for the smooth running of Ratio and has ultimate responsibility for the output from our project delivery teams. She also leads and mentors our talented project management team.  

Judy has been working in the digital industry since 1998(!) when she was the co-founder of an innovative, multi award-winning digital software development agency. She has also held the position as UK Delivery Director for a well-known, global digital agency. Following this, she established her own project management consultancy. Having previously worked with one of Ratio’s co-founders 15 years ago, she jumped at the chance to get the old team back together and has been with Ratio since 2022. 

When she’s not finding new and exciting ways to ensure our ongoing improvement, Judy loves nothing more than spending time at the coast with her family and crazy spaniel. 

Douglas Morris - Ratio Partners

Douglas Morris

Insights Director

Doug heads up the Insights function at Ratio, helping our clients to unlock game changing insights using qualitative and quantitative research methods. He has been a digital marketing leader for more than 12 years, working across sectors including eCommerce, Travel, Financial Services and Telecommunications. Notable brands Doug has produced insights for include Sky, HSBC, Jet2 & Tourism Australia. 

Doug’s happy place is deep in an excel, cleaning + pivoting data to his heart’s content. When he is not in front of a laptop, he enjoys kitesurfing and chasing after his almost 2-year-old toddler to check what’s in his mouth. 

Kaylie Green

Head of Digital Strategy and UX Design

Kaylie is an experimentation, product, marketing, UX and insights strategist with over 13 years of experience, having worked across multiple industries both agency and client-side. 

She has worked strategically with businesses in the following sectors: software, media, travel & entertainment, retail, insurance, restaurant, government, finance & banking, sports media, charities and more.  

Kaylie has a broad spectrum of skills, from working on innovative greenfield products, optimising existing products, all the way to full scale digital transformation projects across multiple business areas. Alongside her day-to-day roles, she also partnered with General Assembly as an Associate Instructor, educating and enabling businesses in product management practices. 

She loves a good measurement framework and a roadmap, is quite partial to lending her voice to various voice over gigs and loves performing in the odd musical outside of work! 

Daniel Mocan - Ratio Partners

Daniel Mocan

Head of Development

As the Head of Development, I lead the strategic planning and execution of innovative technology solutions, driving efficiency, performance and scalability across web projects. With a strong foundation in coding and problem-solving, I enjoy collaborating with teams to turn ideas into reality. Passionate about creating an environment that encourages innovation, best practice and continuous learning, I aim to empower developers to excel in the ever-evolving tech world while delivering high-performance solutions. 

Outside of work, I love traveling and exploring new places, often with my kids who are passionate basketball players. Watching and cheering them on at their games has become one of my favorite pastimes, combining my love for both family and sports.

When we founded Ratio, We had two seemingly simple goals in mind. Companies were investing in marketing technology with the expectation of delivering superior customer experiences but were struggling to turn the vision sold by technology vendors into actual, achievable experiences.

We knew that this was what we wanted to help the organisation we partner with.

To deliver great digital experiences by combining technology know-how with a deep understanding of analytics and customer data to define, implement, and scale digital experiences.We also knew our second goal was simple, having listened to multiple companies over the years frustrated at the lack of ROI on digital investments.
